Who is the wine tour for?
Whether you are on vacation or permanently living in Spain, doing a authentic wine tour will help you understand the full process of making wines, from start to finish. From planting and maintaining the grape trees to bottling the wine and storing it.
A wine tour is a great way to spend your time during your vacation, honeymoon, roadtrip or a day out. Experience the authenticity of wine making and, of course, have a taste. I promise you’ve never tasted anything like our wines before!
What’s included?
Our guided wine tour takes around 2 hours from start till finish. Monica will host your tour and starts off by showing you all of Finca Libertad’s plants and trees. Then, you will be brought to the bodega where the wine-making is done. Here I will explain how the wine-making process is done. After the tour you’ll be able to taste 3 different wines (red, white and sweet).
Optional: possibility to purchase our products, ranging from ecological wine to homemade mermalades, freshly pressed orange juice and olive oil.

About Finca Libertad
Our ecological finca has a broad variety of fruit trees. A specialty is our vineyard. The past 5 years the soil has only been worked in a ecological way. This means that we respect nature and its biodiversity and it can never be foreseen how much we will be able to actually harvest. For example, in 2022 we have an excellent year for the grapes and we have been able to make tasteful white and red wines. This is done in an artisanal way, almost completely hand-made. On the other hand, in the same year our olive crop is substantial less than other years.
Our wish to work our land in an ecological way comes from the desire to live a natural and healthy life and eat what nature will give to us. We are happy to have a strong connection with our environment, including the lovely people surrounding us. We all know our well being depends on eating honest food and being surrounded by good and honest people.
